Patrick Balkany est un homme politique français condamné pour fraude fiscale. Son tempérament trolleur attire la sympathie du Blabla 18-25 ans qui créé de nombreux stickers à son effigie lors de sa libération en août 2022.

Le sourire sardonique mais aussi moqueur de Balkany fut remarqué sur le 18-25 et plusieurs stickeristes, notamment Tison[1], en tirèrent des stickers populaires.
